Have fun, softball is a game; We play games to have fun. When we have fun, we smile and we enjoy what we're doing.

Learn the game of softball; Acquire skills to play the game. Teach and guide players to perform to their capabilities and beyond. Put forth maximum effort in practice, and then just be yourself at game time.

Competition, and competitiveness. Learn to compete fairly, honestly, and with all the effort we can muster. Always give our best effort and leave everything "on the field" when we're done. Act with dignity and respect toward our opponents.
